ORDERS & SHIPPING

We dispatch all orders from Medellín, Colombia.
International shipping times vary by destination — typically 7 to 15
business days once dispatched.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns on items that arrive damaged or defective.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with
photos of the issue and your order number.
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Verde Mar garments are crafted in natural fabrics — linen, cotton,
and Lenzing fibers. To preserve their quality:

— Hand wash or gentle machine cycle in cold water
— Do not tumble dry
— Iron on low heat if needed
— Store folded, away from direct sunlight

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are your pieces sustainable?
Yes. All Verde Mar fabrics are certified — OEKO-TEX Standard 100
and Global Recycled Standard 4. 0. Every fiber is traceable.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from Colombia. Duties and import taxes
are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I visit a store?
Verde Mar is currently available online and through selected
boutique partners. For stockist inquiries write to
wholesale@shopverdemar. com.
